No thanks, I would not be interested in signing him.

Injury prone

His all round game has improved but there are other options out there we can try for

£65m on and injury prone player? No thanks, I’ve just had to fork out on a holiday and need new shoes.

It doesn't matter. Think about what he could be worth in shirt value in Asia. He'd make double that in a year in shirt sales alone

Jose will play him left back

What'd be the point of signing him for £65m? That wouldn't even break the transfer record ffs!

It's gotta be a £90m opening bid. Otherwise we're in danger of paying less than we did for Pogba.

You guys have much more experience with a back 7 than we do

Can you elaborate?

For 65 million yes it would be worth the risk.

Realistically though he'd probably cost almost double that

..................

If Real really want DDG, then I would be open to a straight swap.

But, I don't think Bale would want to come to us. I could see him back at Spurs, to be honest.

certainly
jose Mourinho plays generally defensive football these days to minimise loss and over compensate for his ever diminishing ability to tactically outmanoeuvre his opponents via attacking play.

the only other avenue to victory is last ditch long balls and when he plays in his own cup final ( against chelsea )

Are you still upset that we played you off the park a couple of weeks ago?

It doesn't seem that way though. You seem to be more obsessed with talking about your former manager.

strange how a manager can be "defensive" minded yet still have a squad capable of being top scorers in the PL

It is amazing indeed, how does he do it?

I think it is too late for Bale. It's a pity as I would have loved to see him link up with Fellaini and Lingard in our midfield.

The only reason that Real would sell him is if he is now so injury prone that they are fed up with him. In which case I wouldn't want him because United would just make him even more injury prone - like we do with everyone else!

Also, we don't want to take any more of Real's rejects. What we want to do is develop our own players and then sell them to Real once they come good and prove their worth. That's the United way....

It's a position that needs filling.

he is one of the best in that position.

he has epl experience (more vital than people generally acknowledge)

Price is not unreasonable

better than so many that currently litter first team selection.

no brainer - but of course, that won't stop some of the numpties
