i'll try to do it for experimentation purposes with my deutsche freund
Have just read the above posts with interest and the answer is a resounding NO!
1. I pay with a uk debit card, that is not an issue. However they ask for your address overseas, your telephone number and they check your IP address. If any of these are hooky you 'aint getting the stream end of.
2. When you pay your £5 it is for single use on one device only so they would never sell you a second one.
3. The idea of buying the stream from Wolves TV is to support the club financially whilst enjoying the game. If you want to use illegal streams, VPN or any other means to watch the game, it provides nothing for the club that you purport to support and puts you in the category of 'fan' not 'supporter'
4. I fully understand that it is not possible for everyone to attend all matches home and away and I take my hat off to supporters like DJ Spangles who can and do. They put in a huge amount of their time and money and their commitment should never be underestimated. I do however find it sad that some people pretend to attend all matches home and away when it is patently obvious that they sit at home watching streams through VPN, Kodi, digibit or whatever.
5. I have no idea what VPN means or what Kodi and digibit are and I don't want to know. When I was living in Bewdley if I could attend a match I would, if not I would listen to the commentary on Wolves Player that I happily paid 45 quid a year for. It was my way of putting a little bit back into the club that I have supported for 57 years. Now I live in Spain and I have the opportunity to watch the games instead of listen to them. There has to be some compensation for being exiled in this terrible place

It's not often I disagree with you Wolfgang as you are one of the people on here I have the utmost respect for and 99% of the posters on here are genuine fans/supporters who have their opinions and have my respect.
However there will always be the 1% who pizz me off either because they are liars or sad feckers who pretend to be something they are not. I have one blocked on here who hasn't made a genuinely sensible, positive comment about Wolves FC or a Wolves match in the last 12 months. Do I have respect for him? Absolutely not! I have no idea why he posts on this forum but he does and a Wolves fan he is not!

I'm not sure when you stop being a 'supporter' and become a 'fan', Gem. When I lived in the UK I would go to our home games more than I did for matches in London. I invariably took my son and it seemed better to sit in amongst fellow supporters rather than be outnumbered in away games, eve if it meant a 350 mile round trip. Plus the fact that my jobs, prior to coming over here restricted me quite a lot as to when I could attend matches.
I guess I earned the title of supporter when I lived there and I have gone to a game since I've lived here.
Should I ever return to good ol' Blighty you can be rest assured I'll be a STH.
I guess your term supporter means someone who contributes monies towards our club.
DJ is very lucky in that he can afford to go to many matches. Others on here are less fortunate, but I would still regard them as supporters.
According to gem's law you have always been a Wolves supporter wolfie.
As you say my definition of a fan is someone who tunes in to the football results on Saturday evening to see how their team has got on but that is more or less the extent of their interest. I am a Walsall fan and always will be til the day I die. My Dad was a STH at Fellows Park and I was brought up watching Walsall matches.
For me a football supporter is someone who puts money into a club no matter how little or how much. You could be a STH, buy match tickets whenever you can, spend money in the club shop or subscribe to Wolves Player, Wolves TV, etc. As the old saying goes:
"Every little bit helps said the tom cat as he put it in the kitty"
However I do concede that if you spend hours a day on a forum, search the internet for news of transfers, etc, bore the arris off your wife/kids/friend/relations talking about your team but spend no money following them, you probably do fall into the category of supporter
I sent an email to Wolves yesterday asking why the Derby game is not being streamed, for those interested this is the reply that I got.
Sorry for the delay in reply.
Please refer to the Press Release below:
Wolves TV will not be providing a live stream of tomorrow’s trip to Derby County, but will be streaming Tuesday’s fixture away at Hull City.
Limited gantry space at Pride Park means Wolves are unable to send the required camera crew to the stadium, and, whilst Derby have made their live feed available, we are not comfortable enough that the process required to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted service to our fans would be guaranteed.
As a result, we do not feel confident that our stream could provide the reliable and value-for-money service that we would want to offer supporters.
Derby County are streaming the fixture, and do offer a video match pass at £5.
We are able to send our full camera crew to Tuesday’s game at Hull, which will therefore be streamed via Wolves TV, as will the next home fixture against Cardiff City a week tomorrow.
We remain committed to making use of the new technology to offer the streaming service where possible, but equally want to be sure that problems which have occurred so far this season, continue to be eradicated as soon as possible.
As previously stated, an uninterrupted live streaming service across every fixture was not something we could commit to at the beginning of the season. For that reason, we purposefully didn’t commit fans to a seasonal package for live streaming, as we were mindful that the quality and level of service at away grounds was dependent on gantry capacity and then the use of our technology. The reason this information is being communicated late is due to discussions surrounding whether we would have been able to stream tomorrow.
Moving forward, we aim to communicate well in advance of fixtures which are available to be live streamed, at a cost of £5 per fixture.
An audio seasonal pass remains available guaranteeing match commentary on every fixture for a total payment of £45.
Kind Regards
Brienne
Regarding the streams i think it will take a few months but someone will put them up on kodi.
