Kuhn has had a Virat Kohli in this series.
When India come Kohli wont score that many as Kuhn.
Last time Kohli came to England his scores were like a telephone number!!
True at least Kuhn got one 30 score
oh ello....wickets tumbling...
another wicket or 2 after lunch and it could be over pretty quickly
Regarding India coming to England..they will struggle in the sense of playing 2 seamers and 2 spinners.. you need more than 2 seam bowlers in England..if they go in with 3 seamers their spinner could be attacked..
and if they go in with 5 bowlers it will weaken the batting.
Its ok in subcontinent conditions when your spinners bowl most of the overs..
Lets not forget despite the hundred of wickets Chuckwin and Jade get in the sub cont, there record outside Asia and West Indies is shocking. Not even on the same level as Moeen.
July and August has been cold and overcast. Pakistan got a hot summer last year so it does depend what kind of summer we get in England next year.

The County Championship got back up and running yesterday and it was a pretty good day for bowlers. No batsmen really were able to put their hands up for a place in the England side, in division 1 anyway. 53 wickets fell in 3 matches on the opening day.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Amir 5/18 in the first innings and 2-2 so far in the 2nd... I think we can excuse the Yorkshire batsmen facing such quality.. but generally speaking, it's worrying that England are lacking fresh batsmen that can hold a place in the side...can't blame the selectors, tried many, but most just not up for international cricket
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Without a doubt. Plus Yorkshire are missing their 2 best batsman this season in Ballance and Handscombe. Amir and Porter must be one of the best new ball attacks around in county cricket at the moment so on a pitch assisting seamers, they're going to run riot. Amir and Porter have both picked up another wicket each so have taken 13 between them of the 15 to fall.
In regards to batsmen, it's a real problem that we've got 3 positions in the top 5 where players need to cement their position.
Yorkshire now in full apple crumble mode....33/6. Amir 12-4
I just checked the Lancashire vs Hampshire scorecard to see Lancashire 47/0 in their second innings and thought, Hameed's gotten off to a solid start. He's picked up 3 runs from 32 balls as his opening partner Davies has picked up 40 runs from 42 balls. Hopefully Hameed is going back to what brought him success last season.
Too much pressure on the young lad. Had a terrific series in India, but the reality is that he's just not ready at this level. Certainly not in English type conditions

7 down now. Yorkies are going to lose by an innings in a match where Essex only posted 231.
SA putting up a better fight again than we managed in the second test match. It's been a very good hour post lunch from Amla and Du Plessis, scoring at 4 an over on a difficult pitch.
Lancs lose their first wicket, and it's Davies 97, off just 92 balls. Hameed still there on 17 not out and Livingstone, who I would have thought would have been ahead of Malan in the pecking order for a spot at 5 for England, joins him.
Tea at the Ageas! Lancashire 149 for one, leading by 74.
41 overs remain in the day. Hameed has 24, Livingstone 13.

This is becoming a frustrating partnership as both are scoring pretty easily and no pressure is being built. Despite that though, there's still a very long way to go and 1 wicket could easily bring 2 or 3.
Kumar Dharmasena I must say is a bit of a questionable umpire than goodness for DRS
The overhyped bowling of Moeen does the job. Another wicket from a review too so good job from Root considering they burnt one of their reviews earlier in the day. Means they get a bowl at de Kock just before tea.
great catch by cook there
