Also think this. Granted I think it’s maybe 2-3 times tops. Yet to see it with Upamecano but again wouldn’t be fair to judge I don’t think I know more than Bayern scouts (until I watch a little more anyway).

Andy, Liverpool’s scouts are pretty good as well. Obviously there’s more to a signing than simply which player is more impressive. Might be certain things about their game that Liverpool and Bayern prefer.
