I wouldn’t say Spain can’t defend without the ball. I think they press well are a well positioned as a team, but there’s obviously a problem recovering for counters and defending in the box if teams can get through. Ramos is a huge miss, no leadership in the cb partnership.

I'll be scratching my head if we replace Lindelof with Pau Torres. Hopefully he's not our priority at CB or even second choice.

Considering what Lindelof's weaknesses are, it wouldn't make any sense.

I don’t like good free-kick takers taking penalties. For some reason I don’t think that in-step technique translates as well. JWP is the same - I have as much faith with him at the penalty spot as I do from outside the box with a direct FK
