It’s more stringent than I thought, it includes agents’ fees and transfer fees as well. Though they are increasing allowed losses over three years from €30m to €60m.
Including agents fees isn't actually that bad an idea - one way to drive that market down
Yeah it’s a good thing including agents’ fees. I was just surprised transfer fees would be in there as well. 70% of revenue when transfer fees and wages are including is so easily done.
There will just be more and more of the transfers that the likes of Tottenham have done - loan a player with an obligation to buy so that you can offset the costs

ADL must be overfloughing in ex-sightment
He lives 4 this (and making trrrybul Christmas moovies)
Think he looking too sell Napoli n will keep Bari
Actually it probably isn’t given they’ll be using amortisation of transfer fees.

Ah right, more and more players signed up for 10 years then lol
That’s possible. Though it does just seem that it will force a number of teams to lower their wage bill. That takes up a larger percentage of revenues than amortised transfers.
Yeh for sure, which would be a good thing if there wasn't such disparity in revenue's
With the permitted losses increase - does this mean if a team knows they are missing out of European football in Jan - they can just spend big that transfer window and side-step the system?
Or like - settle any amortisation there and then so they don't carry over any debt into the next season
I don’t know, because some leagues have different spending rules to one another.
I imagine there will be more and more of the Arthur/Pjanic style swap deals
I think UEFA will try and stop those kind of things happening.
Dutch beellend filtered me because he doesn’t understand what the Super League was.
Dont see a problem in player swaps tbh but this was obv used 2 cuck the bucks
