Olympiacos (70)-AEK (75) and PAOK (74)-Panathinaikos (71) in week 35 (of 36).

Technically all four could still win it, Olympiacos's chances are really slim, but they'll be wanting to beat AEK all the same. AEK win and PAOK loss would seal the title though.
