Sell players after 2-3 years is genius.

I'm actually quite heavily on the "sell all players at their peak value" scale - but thats a stretch even for me!

I just think its funny that he thinks good living quarters, amazing training facilities, state of the art recovery units & dietitians = negative performance. As if we'd be doing a lot better using Sunday league changing rooms and travel lodges the night before
