Not really, Morata doesn’t deserve to go to the World Cup, he’s been in terrible form since the turn of 2018.

I'm quite pleased with our selection of forwards, they each offer something different.

I hope that doesn't mean Lopetegui spends the World Cup experimenting different formulas though.

Not crazy as in that it was a bad decision, just considering this time last year you would've guessed him and Costa were the two nailed on in that forward lineup.

Rodrigo's gone off the boil towards the end of the season, but he had a magnificent spell for Valencia in March and early April. Scored all of the winning goals in a 5-game winning streak I think, as well as Spain's goal in the draw against Germany. Think he can fit the system nicely. He, Costa and Aspas all offer something different from each other.

Gonna be hard picking a midfield with those options.

Seems like we've chosen Unai Emery as our new coach.

Thoughts on him?

Apparently Arteta turned down the Arsenal job, because he thought £50m was not enough to spend next season, and he is right tbf. Their entire defence needs shoring up with much better quality.

Emery got the Goobers job, because he doesn’t mind working on a small budget, as he has proved in the past with Sevilla.
