Arab, I think Madrid are genuinely interested in moving him on.

He accounts for too much of our wage bill and we're getting fewer and fewer game from him every year.

Given the Liga salary cap, we need him off our books before we can bring in any other big names.

4za, LaLiga clubs are wage capped at a certain % of their revenues. Don't know how much it is in each case, but Madrid are at their limit.

Only someone like Neymar would command wages similar to Ronaldo's. Mbappé, Hazard or someone like that would be nowhere near. We could probably get a couple of them.

We're basically giving him away. Problem for you lot is he probably won't want to go anywhere near Mourinho.

I don’t think Mourinho would go near him either, they fell out at Real didn’t they? Anyway we have more pressing areas to address.

You could do with an extra 30 goals a season though.

I dunno, we are too rigid a side to be creating lots of chances for Ronaldo to score 30 goals with. I don’t think in the PL he would have that individual brilliance to score a goal out of no where like when he was here before.
