That's kind of the point about stereotypes. In fact, it's likely that Lukaku (who has climbed to the top of his profession) has less problem with being seen in these stereotypical terms than a well built black man with an excellent CV applying for jobs at traditional law or accountancy firms and being seen as 'not quite the right fit'.
