Mates married Dubs and so Dubs come to Twelfth parades, with dub accents, and not a word is said in anger to them..one Tallaght girl is now more Rangers daft than us.lol
Same girl and hubby take kids to Twelfth and Paddys day parades, with pics of kids with drums, wearing a sash or shamrock clothing, so totally open minded and respectful of orange and green.
Mates in work vote SF, play and attend gaa, follow Celtic and know i am loyalist, Rangers, etc and we get on great.
We do not all hate each other, want to kill each other or stop being orange and green, loyalist or republican.
It is also only part of life.

Never mind the Taliban, it's not that long ago that young primary school girls in Belfast were spat on by angry full bellied men for having the audacity to attend school.

Same kkkultured guys bang drums today.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wasn't the reasoning "you could walk a different route to school, don't don't have to show off your nice little uniforms on good honest protestant streets" or something?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You see crouchy, you let BB away with that post, saying those in Holy Cross dispute are same guys banging drums in Glasgow today, and allowing the SF voter room to call people in Glasgow kkk today.
Some do this with Rangers fans too and hated the celebrations in George Square, where Zach was in attendance, so you see, this stereotyping of people should really be pulled up by you???
Then, you let Insert post, Judaism banned muslim parade, which again, stereotypes and twists truth, to fit agendas.Forgot to use the code term " zionism" perhaps here, but very revealing.
How do you miss or ignore so much, but pick at everything i post?
Because, you are not open minded to others and different oponions.
You need to work on that, and that was a wee lecture.

You can't put this on another posters back. Why do feel anyone (Crouch this time) must voice their disagreement with any opinion on here?
If I feel strongly about something then I don't look to anyone else to disagree, I do it myself unless someone else has already made the points I wanted to make.

You brought up a specific religion by saying Judaism banned a muslim march, but i was referencing political extremism from islamists.....i was not attacking islam, but you went for Judaism, rather than Israel or zionism.
Do you regret that now and what would a jewish person feel if they read your post about their faith?
Islamists distort and use religion....poitical
Attacking Judaism and using "Jewish Israel" as a term is not a good look.
After the whole corbyn and labour antisemitism shame i thought you would have learned from mistakes made.

It is being a bigot, while claiming to be liberal and progressive.
You want me to be tolerant of the intolerant, is that it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You are more concerned about a few neds in Glasgow than the taliban takeover and global islamist extremism ruining millions of lives, or Biden being an absolute mess or China being a dangerous undemocratic super power.
Its quite parochial and revealing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh come on! Its meant to be a conversation.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I can respect Catholic, republican, Paddys day parades and views and events, without labelling them as bigots or extremist.
It is that simple.
You and others cannot tolerate Protestant, Loyalist or pro- British displays.
That is sad.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
When you watch these parades, are you called names, would you get battered if you crossed it, do they sing/flute songs about being up to their knees in your blood, are they synonymous with hate speech and drunken violence? That's my issue with your witabootery.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I attended Twelfth parades with catholics, chinese people, asians, irish nats, Dubliners etc and they are not called names.
They can be odd about walking across them, but thst is not sectarian and if i walked out in front of them i might get an ear full, but you can cross between bands lodges at gaps or intervals
There are party songs and billy boys, just as there are at Celtic games and ra parades or Paddys day parades, where people get drunk and fight and sing i woykd rather be the P word than a hunn etc.
I still watch Paddy day parades in central belfast or Dublin.
Never heard a hate speech at an orange meeting or the Field...its about Queen and faith and the union.
You think the worst about them and perhaps fear loyalists.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why would I fear them? What is it about them that I have to be scared of? It's just culture isn't it?
I see your denials and counter it with my personal experience or that of both an uncle and school friend who were hospitalized for being the wrong place wrong time, one of whom dared cross in front of a parade and had his skull fractured, you must have been lucky.
Having a differing political opinion is not the same as hating someone because of their religion.
Fwiw though brought up Catholic I don't live my life as one, I think I've broken most of their rules and didn't even get married in a catholic church.

I hear you and you and your uncle did not deserve that schite off bigots and thugs...and my wife was hit by an orangeman who saw her St Domincs school uniform, big brave prod boy.
I have been hit, shot at, bottled, bricked, punched, kicked, had petrol bombs thrown towards me, chased by celtic fans and ra fans, called DOB for wearing green n white NI scarf, lost mates and family friends and political comrades to pira, had bus windows crash in on me attacked by Cliftonville fans and republicans as buses passed them, endured colleagues singing ra songs at house parties, etc etc...both sides can be cants.
Do i hate all republicans, Nationalists, Celtic or Cliftonville guys, Catholics etc?...No.
Do i hate the uvf and call them skum...yes.
Do you praise pira members, such as Bobby Dands?... sadly yes.
Knowing this, i find your posting to be hypocritical and wonder why you first went for a Glasgow orange march post here today??
Other than to stir or point score?

Give respect to earn respect, let's give them the respect they deserve.
Public Processions in Glasgow - statement by Chief Superintendent Mark Sutherland
Chief Superintendent Mark Sutherland, Divisional Commander for Greater Glasgow said:
"We are aware that on a number of occasions today there have been outbreaks of racist and sectarian singing by some of those attending to support the Orange Order processions, this is utterly unacceptable and we completely condemn this behaviour.
"Where possible, we are seeking to take action against those intent on causing harm and dividing our communities, we have already made arrests in connection with various offences and will continue to do so where required. With large crowds gathering today, our main priority has been public safety and to ensure minimum disruption to the wider public.
"Once again, we see a number of people intent in causing offence and stirring up hatred by singing unacceptable sectarian and racist songs, I want to again condemn this behaviour in the strongest possible terms.
"It is clear that sectarianism remains a serious, ongoing problem in Scotland and whilst policing has an important role in tackling this type of behaviour, this is a collective problem and needs to be addressed in a collective, collaborative manner."
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I thought you said the Scotland you grew up in was not divided, unlike Belfast n Derry....few hours ago?
There are nutters and bigots in orange and blue, and in green hoops, Glasgow ra bands, Scottish Hibernian lodges, but most Celtic guys and republican guys are not bigots or racist.
Black rangers players get racist abuse off celtic fans, and irish republicans, who call folk orange bastirts and sing about pira or Lee Rigby, but do we ban celtic fc fans meeting in numbers or irish republicanism?
A percentage of the population may support islamist extremism, so do we condemn a whole group, or call out the few bad eggs?
You and others are demonizing and stereotyping all loyalists, all the orange and all in Glasgow wearing blue tops or sashes.
It is being a bigot, while claiming to be liberal and progressive.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Black Rangers players also get racist abuse from Rangers fans. Maurice Edu.

Attacking Judaism and using "Jewish Israel" as a term is not a good look.
After the whole corbyn and labour antisemitism shame i thought you would have learned from mistakes made.

You are just making shiiiiite up, taking it out of the context of the situation.
Perhaps learn to read properly before trying to educate others

Never mind the Taliban, it's not that long ago that young primary school girls in Belfast were spat on by angry full bellied men for having the audacity to attend school.

No charge, comrade.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You can't put this on another posters back. Why do feel anyone (Crouch this time) must voice their disagreement with any opinion on here?
If I feel strongly about something then I don't look to anyone else to disagree, I do it myself unless someone else has already made the points I wanted to make.
TBAB doesn't scrutinise the likes of NPE, Satty and JS as much as he does other posters so this is a bit hypocrital IMO.

You have highlighted my point here, perfectly.

Assuming this is factual, calling something or someone bigoted or extremist is a matter of opinion. If someone feels something is bigoted or extremist they have a right to voice that opinion without being harangued by you or anyone else and/or put on their moral defense.
Its as valid an opinion as any other opinion on here and you are basically attacking people for sharing their opinion (which you disagree with) in the hope that they will stop sharing those opinions (which you disagree with).

So, only i am attacking people, and not pointing out how others are being hypocritical and narrow minded or stereotyping???
When insert says i hate muslims, you seem to miss that.
Am i meant to accept this, because i call out islamist extremism in taliban or isis, purposely not attacking muslims or faith, and in fact i raise muslim concerns in china and Rohinja, and condemn taliban and isis for oppressing muslims.

I do not get called names, demonized, picked over or jumped on by JS or Sat or TT, so we are cool, even if we do not always agree.
And fire away, calling me names and picking at posts and everything i say, as its what some do lmao.

Scott Sinclair was burnt in effigy on one of those bonfires in Belfast.
