I really don’t understand firstly, why people bother signing in just to fire unprovoked ad hominems at other posters, and secondly, why others then respond, because doing so is only ever going to lead in one direction.

As per the article it's not particularly stringent measures.

Don't even need to wear one if you need to speak to somebody

I love got to say, I love how righteous people got over the word skuuum, and how they rushed to falsely apportion blame to it for the recent tragic death of Amess etc.

But NPE waltzing in and referring to "abscesses" like he's a comedic genius and calling people cretins goes without any mention, you either want decency in political debate or you don't, and it seems like the answer is pretty clear.

Call out your own side before you call out the opposition eh?

Boris Johson insults the opposition on a regular basis. He's been told off by the speaker for it several times in the commons. I can't recall any of the people who got so upset with Rayner, ever complaining about him doing it.

Do you not think it’s weird how often you use that particular insult?

I don’t get why MP’s in the commons are free to huddle up next to each other without a mask but me working in an airport and socially distanced from colleagues/customers with plastic visors between us are made to wear one.
