There’s no banter at all, the majority of Sunni’s in Iraq all live up north and barely come down to mix with the south where Shia’s reside. The government in Iraq is made up of Shia people that were exiled from Iraq by Saddam when he was in power and they thrive on the tension in the country now just because he was a Sunni.

So it’s just serious beef.

I always used to be of the position that whilst religion does help and has helped an awful lot of people, I found that it probably causes more harm overall (given so many religious wars for thousands of years).

But nowadays I’m more concerned about a world with no religion and what those consequences would/will be. I’m not religious in the slightest myself but enjoy the cultural aspects when invited in as a guest for example. But that’s obviously just the nice occasion celebratory stuff.

I went off religion a long time ago, I just observe Ramadan now. These sort of conflicts you see growing up, especially when ISIS and Al Qaeda are on the scene just put you off practicing it.

Boris, you sure the Dutch refused you at the camping spot because you were English?
Just asking.

Yes, we phoned up before and were told there was availabilty.

When we rolled up about 3 hours later, this guy came out of the office and saw the registration plate. Just said "You're not staying here, we don't want English people here".

Accent and language didn't give it away? Michael Caine had it right about the Dutch.

Maybe they think all English people sound like Diiick Van Dyke and thought I was Norwegian.

Excel is not quite as crap when the full stuff gets automated. VBA can remove some of the BS.

People who don't watch or go on GB News agree to not go on or watch GB News...

Confused why there'd be tears over this - it's about as meaningful as me boycotting the Guardian.

Just had to Google Franklin Graham and really, really wish I hadn’t now.

Flicking back through the FB top ten lists, he seems to appear pretty regularly, too.

I hate this world, I really do. It’s a complete bag of shiiiit, isn’t it?

Haven't clicked but if this is the top 10 list going around I believe Jesse Singla has pointed out Shapiro is back at no1 today. Suggesting the claim Russian bots are behind their views is ridiculous.

Will look for said tweet Debunking said claim

Ironically I was gonna qualify my link saying that an assumed causality from two lists is hard to establish and I'd like to see a longer history of trends and lists. But then I thought nah, I'll just spam the link.

I'd love to know just how much Russia spend on influencing social platforms.
