got proof of that?
I’d respect Khan a lot more if he was just honest and said look I’ve been pretty underwhelming and poor by my own standards but we’ve had a lot to deal with (greenfell, pandemic, government funding for youth clubs shut thus increasing crime and gang culture, protests etc) and I promise I have reviewed the improvements needed and areas where we have gone wrong and will do all I can if given another 5 years”
Something like that, but the guy actually thinks he’s been a success, totally deluded
London Mayor doesn’t have control over the police just the Home Secretary does.

Laissez faire capitalism is great, it created the sub prime mortgage crash and gave us 12 years of austerity to learn how to live within our means.

Absolutely, Bailey’s a moron I’d rather have Laurence Fox than that nob both nobs though
But I just don’t see how Sadik is so popular, I mean Christ he’s approval rating last year was only 32%
----------------------------------------------------------------------
As shown with the Tories continued poll leads, approval is often relative the opposition.
Labour are a shambles nationwide, so are behind this deeply mediocre Conservative government.
However, they are strong in London, and the Tories are a creaking mess in the capital, so Khan is popular relative to the alternatives. Even if Khan, like Boris Johnson, is a highly flawed choice for your vote.

Don't forget that UK and USA (probably EU and others too) had to in part buy out banks to keep society going in 2008
It was a temporary measure but was still socialism bailing out capitalism
Ideology, particularly in economics, is myopic and dangerous and does kill people

Yeah. They love a laugh at Keynes. At least up to the point where their greed cripples them. Then the hands are out for handouts from the public purse.
