I don't have anyone filtered. It's easy enough to just scroll past any posters you don't want to read, but surely if you filter you miss big chunks of conversations.

I just find it ironic that a right winger would be against free speech repeatedly.

Filtering isn't really against free speech. He isn't stopping anyone saying anything, just choosing not to read it.

Here’s a summary of the study I posted above:

Also trying to find another article I read about Musk having his developers code him a ‘global unmute’ button, which allows him, at will, to cancel all active user requests to mute him on their feeds

If you mute Musk on Twitter, do you believe you are censoring him or impinging on his free speech?

Yes. If you’re suppressing information, that’s literally censorship.

It’s already meant he hasn’t seen a scientific and peer reviewed link that shows he’s talking shiiiiiiiiit as usual.

Yes you're censoring his comments from view because you don't want to see them or disagree with what he's said.

No it bloody isn't censorship calm down

Blocking/filtering is just hiding something from yourself, censorship involves some kind of suppression

If SatNav was the OP, filtering would prevent someone from commenting here, that would be censorship

If Sat Navy filtered me because I disagreed and challenged his claim.about Twitter would that be censorship?

Yes of bloody would be

I’m perfectly calm, it’s still censorship. Feel free to demonstrate how filtering someone doesn’t achieve the following;

Censorship, the suppression of words, images, or ideas that are “offensive,”

That’s exactly what he’s done. Happy to been shown how he hasn’t.

The person filtering is choosing to see what they agree with and censoring (filtering) out what they disagree with.

Because the words aren't suppressed, they're still on the forum for all to see (apart from SatNav who has chosen not to)

Yes, so he has censored his own feed.

If I turn on the parental lock on iplayer, I am censoring what my children can watch (and myself).

I wouldn’t over think it, but it’s literally censorship and tbh, I don’t think it’s up for debate.
