They were playing Ajax who who a fanbase notoriety and generally pro Israeli stance.
Opposition fans use every opportunity to bait them and cause havoc. Been out there following my team a couple of times and it’s mental.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But here it's Maccabi Tel Aviv fans involved - they're hardly going to be baiting the Ajax fans.
I realise Arab's story is likely to be as one sided as whatever version the Israelis give, but I'm curious to know what actually went on.
It appears from some of the Guardian footage that pro-Israeli fans had taken to the streets to chant f*** Palestine and I wouldn't be in the least surprised to know they'd sung far more tasteless stuff, so it would be hard to defend the notion that whatever response they got was entirely unprovoked.
Does anyone really take anything that comes out of the Israeli government seriously or factual anymore?
Given the sheer amount of lies, dis/misinformation and propaganda during this conflict i m sceptical of their version of events.

Sorry
Meant as in Ajax fans having a pro Isreali stance and them hosting an Israeli team would have opposing fans like Feyenoord (anyone anti Ajax) joining in to any protest and causing havoc.
From looking at the MSM and the footage i've seen online, it looks like people were provoked by certain people chanting stuff and ripping things down (online), then the other side got p'ed off and retaliated, MSM seems to have skipped out the first part completely though.

Oh come on
And who's fault was it that Corbyn and Foot "weren't given the opportunity" to govern?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't know about Foot, but Corbyn had the party's entire Westminster apparatus and vast swathes of the main left-leaning media against him pretty much from day one.
You could argue it was his fault for not getting them onside, but how much of the actual left-wing principles and supporters that voted him in would he have had to betray?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Fair but this is what anyone left of the other seems to experiences
I find it frustrating that the people who feel Corbyn was sabotaged by the media etc don't see the same attacks being sent a Starmers or more recently Kamalas way
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You had to be a member of the Labour Party at that time and attend CLP meetings especially in Red Wall constituencies to understand and experience the underlying agression and intimiidation that was going on by Momentum with regular and old school Labour members. Same in the 1980s with Militant.

Fair but this is what anyone left of the other seems to experiences
I find it frustrating that the people who feel Corbyn was sabotaged by the media etc don't see the same attacks being sent a Starmers or more recently Kamalas way

You had to be a member of the Labour Party at that time and attend CLP meetings especially in Red Wall constituencies to understand and experience the underlying agression and intimiidation that was going on by Momentum with regular and old school Labour members. Same in the 1980s with Militant.

First the Jews import hundreds of millions of Arabs into Europe!
Then they sing their bigoted songs in the middle of a city now made up of 70% Arabs.
Only Jews could be so dumb! 🤣
