One mistake and it was the linesman. Remember we had a fair goal not given in the fa cup.. i bet wenger doesnt.
There are not enough refs available to start banning them from officiating us. Mike Dean, Jon Moss, Martin Atkinson, Anthony Taylor, Kevin Friend all just as bad.
And kosalinic pushes sterling in the back when 2 yards out
This is paranoid nonsense, it's true the refs are poor but nowadays we get an equal rub of bad decisions for and against us.
In the past there were some refs who let cloggers kick lumps out of our players but those days appear long gone... we're just shiiit - when we lose it's nothing to do with the refs.

Hold up didn't u also score 2 offside goals last season against us. Surely that rules out the FA cup incident or does it not count when we benefit from a decision.
Read on twitter that we have only a 20% percentage win chance when Oliver is in charge. City in contract nearly 70%. He made some strange decisions yesterday in favour of City and I dont mean the obvious wrong decisions (pen and offside goal).
Wenger and a few Gooners are the only people in the World who don't think it was a pen.
I don't recall too many of you saying you were lucky in the first half when Oliver missed the shove on Sterling.
Why are we looking at the straw in our brothers eye when we have a rafter in our own. Apart from a 20 minute spell we were second best for most of the game irrespective of 3rd party influences. The rafter is Wenger. Until he goes we are not going to win games like these.

No they wernt offside
Funny old clown saw a offside... shame cech said he saw it
IMO we definitely seem to be getting the short end of the stick regarding poor decisions against us this season –
Games we got lucky –
WBA (Clear foul by Mustafi should have been a WBA pen)
Games where we have been shafted by the refs –
Leicester Game (Clear Handball by the Leicester player first half)
Stoke – Clear Pen denied on Bellerin + Poor offside decision against Lacazette
WBA – 2 Clear Pens denied but all people talk about is the one the WBA should have got.
Watford – Clear dive by the Watford player to get the pen and then a offside goal given against us.
Man City – Clear Offside goal given against us plus pen was 50/50
Pen wasnt 50/50. You are saying that because against your team

Quite a few people have said it wasn't a pen and a few have said it was a pen which is why I put it down as 50/50. Even if you ignore that you can't ignore the rest which shows we are clearly being shafted.
IF I was wenger I would send a tape recording to the FA and ask them to explain how this many decisions can go against a team after just 11 PL games.
But of course everyone will keep moaning about the WBA pen not given against us just like they moan about our Handball against Burnley last season when the ball was snacked into Kos from 1 yard and he scored (yet they clearly forget if that's a handball we should have been given at least 2 pens for handballs for similar fouls committed by the Burnley players)

It's not 11 games. It's like that for a second season in a row.
No opinion on the refs for/against you as I don't see enough of your games but that was a stick on pen of the 100% variety, I thought Wengers comments about Sterling being a known diver were a poor show as well
I agree refs are being shocking but sorry I'm not going to blame them for weakass performances from our players and senile decisions by the manager. There's only one thing that will see us gain and hold a run of form and much as you're all moaning. What I've seen on here not many posters complaining would have the desire or the balls to do it.
There's only one point in this season so far when we have looked anything like a team coming together and starting to play well. It's simple, we keep being so poor because we keep lining up with a 10 man defence when playing teams where we need all 11.
Mesut Ozil is tanking our season. Drop him and the other problems will solve themselves. Just as they began to when he was injured. It's staring us in the face every match he plays in but nobody seems to want to admit it. So much so that now fans are even coming up with refs conspiracies rather than just blame their precious superstar for his flaws and the effect they have on the team around him. OZIL OUT!! Now or kiss the season and top 4 goodbye.
I agree refs are being shocking but sorry I'm not going to blame them for weakass performances from our players and senile decisions by the manager-------------------
Well said. I never blame refs regardless of if we win lose or draw. At the end of the day - its down to the team to perform, and the manager to motivate and train the team to perform. We will not win games like this until Wenger leaves. Blaming the Ref IMHO shows a weak mentality. Wenger blames the Ref a lot: Nuff said.
Given the level of cheating in the league, I think the referees do a very good job.
The quality of assistant is superb - if you have ever tried doing it yourself, you'd know how hard it is.
The other thing many, many fans need to get their head around is that just because you disagree with a decision, does not necessarily mean the referee is wrong.
I guarantee you that if the referee gave every decision as you saw it yesterday, City fans would be in uproar. And vice versa.

Linesmen are generally excellent
To me the refs are often poor, not just with decisions but more with control. Their job is bloody hard though

Just to put things in perspective we have already 14 pens against us for this and the previous season. More than any other team in the league. Only this season 2 of our 3 pens are dubious to say at least. This costs us points. You can control the players but not the refs.
That one with Lacazette was "close but offside so correct decision, well done officials". Yesterday Silva was "too close to call" despite being far, far further offside. And stuff like this consistently goes against us.

Penalty was100% and the push on Sterling which amazingly no Arsenal fans have seen (Wenger's disease is a highly infectious eye disease) was also a penalty all day long, The offside goal counteracts that I agree.
Push wasn’t a pen especially given the ball was already past him by then. Actual pen maybe you could say it’s soft but in this day and age it’s always given, don’t think we can complain.
TBOK’s bang on, too, in that who gives a faaack if he’s offside - when we stop playing that’s the biggest reason for them scoring ffs.
We lose yesterday’s game without shiyt reffing, too.
Also the reason we concede so many penalties is that all our defenders try risky challenges and our midfielders are clumsy. When it comes off, great, but when the striker gets there ahead of Koscielny/Mustafi they’ll always get a pen.
