Wow. Whining over 2 decisions last year in a game. Aguero and Sterling should have had at least 7 or 8 penalties last season. Sometimes you get em, sometimes you don't, but to try and make out that yesterday's game should have been a different outcome because of a refereeing decisions, is just desperation.
Also against stoke bellerin was 100% fouled. There were other weaker pen calls too but that one was stone wall
We could be here all day talking about every incident but there are ones we've had as well. The WBA game for example, shocking decision not to give them a pen at 0-0, could've made the game different but no-one mentions it.

The referee only mistake was not to award City a first half penalty as well as sending off for Arsenal left back for pushing Sterling

Read on twitter that we have only a 20% percentage win chance when Oliver is in charge. City in contract nearly 70%. He made some strange decisions yesterday in favour of City and I dont mean the obvious wrong decisions (pen and offside goal).

Beach Oliver usually referees top 6 teams playing each other and your record against the top 6 is the worse whoever the ref is.

By your logic our record against all of the league is awful because we had the most penalties conceded of all teams
With fair refs we would probably be top of the league. We need to leave the EPL and go to Scotland. There is an agenda against Arsenal
I have my own views on the officiating of the game, but i think it detracts from the real issue on hand, which is how much of a disgraceful performance we put on yet again against a top 6 side.
Oddly enough, Wenger is probably the most happiest from the officiating performance because it takes the attention from his own inept performance. Right from team selection to tactics to the reaction when we went a goal down early.
Sorry, but we were comfortably second best the whole game. Maybe the game would have turned if it was 1-1. But most likely City would have notched up a few gears and really stuffed us true and proper.
Second best throughout the whole game, hmmm..
City had 9 shots, we had 6
City had 5 shots on target we had 3
City had 58% possession

Those incidents decided the game not the difference in class. Everything else is just a what if. Not always the better team wins. We were just robbed of any chance. Of course they were better. But we were better than Stoke and Watford and still lost. It's not a game of who was better.

The irony in that post. Even if you took out a couple of poor decisions, e.g. Stoke away, Watford away we'd still be in 5th spot and 10 points off the top. Is that good enough for you?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Maths not your strong point then?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hmm, lost 1-0 to Stoke, 1 goal chalked off wrongly for offside so 1 point we should have, lost 2-1 to Watford, 1 dodgy pen so 1 point again. Or is this not enough to suit your agenda that the refs have cost us every point we've dropped?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm one of the biggest Wenger outs but we were robbed against both Stoke and Watford. Forget about the other games I listed these 2 alone cost us 6 points and the decision made against us were not even hard to call correct.
Stoke - absolute stone wall pen on Bellerin and then a onside goal chalked off.
Watford - they Did but deserve anything from the game despite what people are saying. They created minimal chances upto the Dive and then our players lost it. Plus the winner was offside but as its against Arsenal it's ok.
Like Godfather said if this happened against Jose/Pep ect you wouldn't hear the end of it. Wenger clearly lost is drive which is why he takes these beatings all the time.

What kind of nonsense is this? What happens when teams come to Arsenal and score a jammy goal and we then proceed to pepper the opposition goal. Yes we might have been unlucky but they scored and we didn't. The fack is 2 of City goals should not have counted.
Regardless of how poor we played City Could only score one legit goal.
Any team that relies so much on the perfection on the refereeing is very flawed. Every team in the premier league has suffered on occasion from poor refs. The point is not to play so poorly that refs decision make a difference. Take the refs out of it by playing confident attacking football and make lots of chances.

You were never going to win that match or get something out of that match when you have clueless wenger.

Get over it ffs. You were never going to win
The moaning about the ref is getting ridiculous. We lost to a far better and superior team. Only the third goal was a bad ref decision. Two weeks ago Norwich were on course to victory at the Emirates only to be blatantly robbed by some shocking ref decisions but Wenger never said anything. Let's grow up, accept defeat and move on instead of masking Wenger's disastrous management behind poor ref decisions.

Well said, the issue is clearly Wenger. Any Arsenal fan who cannot see the 2 penalties that were not given/given were both penalties has a major problem with Wenger eye disease. Not playing a striker, playing an invisible midfielder and getting caught for pace were the issues.
With regard to the penalty, in most games it would be described as a soft penalty. Not one you'd expect to get, but you've seen them given.
However, in context of the game and the challenges that went unpunished, it was a ludicrous decision to point to the spot.

This view is exactly why we continue to get shafted. No matter what happens, just blame Wenger. It's the route the media and fans like you take. Distracts from the actual issue at hand whatever it may be. Just blame wenger. Thats why if this was happening to mourinho there would be a different reaction.
Do you genuinely think any negative situation that happens to us is all on wenger? Come on grow up and treat this as a separate issue. If you care about arsenal fc then drop your obsession on wenger for just one moment and focus on the club which is the thing we are supposed to care about the most. We are getting shafted by officials and are treated differently by media and its not on. I'm sick of paying money to watch corrupt football and listen to idiots prattle nonsense about my team
