This is what I was afraid of this season.
It was always going to be a tougher season for us due to the improvement of other teams and moving stadiums; stuff Poch can't do anything about, as well as the limitations he himself is under at a club like Spurs with Levy at the helm.
What we don't want to see is pressure increased on Poch by the fans when it goes wrong. He is still a great manager and doing a good job overall.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
..
You would think we hadn't lost to the richest team on the planet.
Still disappointed with a number of individuals performances today. Poch the best thing for a while that ever happened to our club.I really don't want to go back to the days of Santini and Gross,
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No question it was a shiiit performance even if we were playing the league's best ever team, but some perspective is needed. Extremely doubtful we were ever going to keep a clean sheet today no matter who we played in defence, especially with 2 of our main CBs out.

Poch has had his best days at Spurs. He aint going to win anything, so maybe time for a change. He has definitely regressed this season. Constant tinkering shows he does not now know even his best side.

Sandy, you seem to have had a change of heart.
Our loss today, to the team that has won 16 games on the trot, is not so bad.
We had some key players out: Alderweireld, Wanyama and Sanchez.
Lamela is coming back to form, as is Danny Rose.
And admittedly we didn't choose our best side as Aurier should have played instead of Trippier, and someone other than Winks.
And we were playing away.
If we get back to full strength we should do well in the Champions League and in the FA Cup.
So... all is not yet lost.
But I do agree, Pochettino seems to be picking "not the best team".
Poch cannot buy an away win at any decent team in the Prem, his record in domestic cup competitions is dire. His constant tinkering with the back four, especially the full-backs this season has done it for me. I don't see any great progress now, and I don't do sentiment.
He has had a great couple of league seasons, but now I think he has peaked, and Spurs have won nothing, depends how long everybody's happy with that.
I am sure Levy has his eye on the situation, moving into a new stadium, and the side regressing, he won't be a happy bunny.
I am starting to smell the coffee now re Poch, some of you need to do the same.

No mention about poch was the one that took our shambles off a club coming off the back of a awful AVB and Sherwood and turn us into a exciting team not to mention on a facking shoe string of a transfer budget.
When poch goes we will be worse for it abd you’ll be wishing he was back.
Best thing to happen to our club for 30 years

Only in the league, his record in domestic cup competitions is worse than Graham's and Ramos.
He needs to start delivering trophies, even if it is only a league cup, and he looks miles away from that. Still if you are all happy with that, then fair enough.

Who do you want Levy to bring in as a replacement for Poch, Sandy?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Myself.
Poch has completely destroyed the defence this season, injuries apart, that alone he doesn't deserve my support anymore. Even without the injuries, he has constantly tinkered around with the defence so much that none of them now look as if they ever played with each other before.

Poch has or is it because Waynama and Dembele ( well the last season Dembele ) haven’t been here then we sold the best RB in the league and played a poor one instead and then on top of that the best CB in the league gets injured and is out for 4 months.
Oh then our new cb gets sent off and missed 3 games and I won’t mention the diabolical left back situation.
Maybe that’s why he’s had to tinker with it
You've got to consider that Wanyama and Toby bring a big physical presence to the team. We're certainly missing them, and it's not that much of a surprise we've been conceding so many without them and have generally looked more vulnerable this season.
As for Trippier, let's not overdo the criticism. The same best RB that we used to have had a bit of a mare himself as I remember when we came to City last season, and should have conceded a penalty for a push on Sterling.
