Let’s be honest only reason we beat Madrid is they couldn’t be bothered when they didn’t have the ball and gave us loads of space to play in Seems to me players need to stay behind and have extra work on passing crossing corners .both ends

we were in v poor form a few weeks ago

but...it was only a group match (from which both qualifed )

Girona actually battered Real Madrid around that time if I remember correctly. Real Madrid some reason were clueless around that time. A newly promoted side were not sitting back but creating chance after chance against Real Madrid and it really could have been 5 or 6.

It doesn`t matter who Spurs buy, if the manager is going to constantly tinker with the side, then the results will not improve. Absolutely no coincidence when Spurs really flying last two seasons, the teams was so settled.

Yeah some fans are moaning but people like you can't even address any of the points and can only respond with "stop moaning", "we've never had it so good" etc etc. Can't you actually address the points or are you happy with 2 league cups in 20+ years whatever it is.

In my opinion Poch os great but really let the success get to his head in dissing the FA cup and League cup and now it looks like we aren't going to win anything for years again. Last 2 seasons were our best chances and we missed the boat.

I don't see the fact that we both qualified has anything to do with Spurs' current form, for me the rot set in with that match. The first match againstMadrid was an own goal for goodness sake and my fellow Spurs supporters were creaming themselves. Dortmund were getting beaten by everybody so there were NO great distinctions in the CL group stage for Spurs. Appel was a given and yes, Madrid were off form thank goodness.

I'm with Sandy on this. Not saying he should be sacked or anything but he has to be accountable. For the first-time since he has been our manager I do not see us progressing. We are going backwards.

Glory Glory Tottenham Hotspur ? What glory ? I am 32 years old and have seen us win a measly 2 league cups in my whole Spurs supporting life. Every season I am left disappointed with how we always seem to find a way of f*** ourselves over one way or the other. Even when we have a good season, we still manage to find a way for people to laugh at us. Leicester city season being the prime example. Spurs fans are happy with mediocrasy and that's why this club never achieve anything. I couldn't give a flying f*** how good Manchester City are. We shouldn't be getting totally outplayed and out run like that as a CL team. We were made to look like Huddlesfield. In fact huddlesfield put up a much better fight than our shower of s***. Dele Ali needs to be dropped now!!!!! Pochettino needs to be backed in Jan.
