We shouoldn't have lost heavily. They controlled the game and seized the initiative, but for most of the game we defended well, we jsut then struggled to work it up the field, and too often resorted to aimless long balls to Grot and Lasogga.

not sure what game you were watching, if they had players who could finish we would have lost by a lot more and in order to pass a ball to a player it helps if he makes himself available or tries , Grot did but lacks any quality and lasogga just couldnt be bothered
Today's line up was a lot worse than that one. Then we played a good striker with movement who grabbed a hatrick whilst today we play two lumbering donkeys. Plus had a stronger bench, Alioski and Saiz came on earlier.

I wrote eRlier this week that with his record against them Roofe should have played and Saiz should not have been risked in any way in this game. Of course I couldn’t have predicted Saiz would have gotten sent off for anything let alone a disgusting act!
