Some clubs like Chelsea maintain continuity with players and change managers. But they eventually retire or move on. Others keep the managers like us and Man Utd under Fergie and that ends as well. Other clubs like Man Utd of new and City change both and acquire a lot off fairweather fans who disappear just as quickly.

We went through this cycle end of Graham. I remember that period and cruddy players and even a cruddier Rioch. It gets better.

I dunno. we could buy a new striker who scores 15 goals and gets us to 4th.

Chelsea are in freefall and Spurs are up and down.

Maybe win the Europa.

Forget it

We have done so badly this season yet are still within 2 wins of catching spurs who have their best ever striker and allegedly the best young manager out there. All it would take is a to good run to get in the top four. I actually think if we get to Europa final we won't get top four but if we go out then we'll get in ahead of Chelsea most and spurs.

The caveat of all this is that we actually replace sanchez or that we keep him and get him playing well again
