Don't quite this debate.
Wenger buys players so if they are bad its his fault.
Wenger coaches the team so if tactics are a problem its his fault.

Just read Arsenes interview on arsenal.com. I've never heard him be so frank about signings, especially in January.

Is it? Are we still going with this narrative? A manager has a list of targets and then it's up to the club. That's pretty much the structure at every club in the world. Mourinho, was only the other day bemoaning the lack of signings the club was making. Wenger left sanchez out today, wenger was managing and training the team whilst the board are working on sanchez.
