Can't think of the player they'd offer? Doubt we'd be interested in an unknown kid as part of the deal.
ah ok got it

90-100 mill for a short term replacement for the
injured Sane.
I,d take De Bruyne, Aggrero, Silva or Sterling
Nobody else

I think the £65m offer includes a player trade, not £65m cash plus a player
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Shut up.
Mangala or Joe Hart perhaps?

Joe Hart isn't going to improve the starting XI at Leicester and Mangala is supposed to be going on loan to Everton
Brahim Diaz seems the likeliest fit, in so far that the is the closest thing to a L4L replacement we have who would be considered expendable
He'd probably be valued at £10m and then tag on the £55m cash

Maybe Fabian Delph?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can't see it, although Zinchecnko seems to offer more of an attacking threat playing out of the LB position
That said, Delph can still offer something in the middle of the park should Fernandinho be rested or suspended so I can't see City letting him go
Especially if you factor in the HG factor
Think you should just cash in on him and get rid. Apparently he didn't tell anyone he's not gna turn up for training?

If he wants to be a d!ck, quite happy for him to rot in the reserves than give in, if that’s true of course.
yeah rumours that he has gone AWOL. who knows what to believe. these deadline days are always a circus.
I don't mind players being ambitious and wanting a move if it arises but they should act with professionalism and have respect for their teammates atleast.
There were rumours that he spent the last deadline day hanging around European airports waiting for a move to Spain or Italy.
Where is he this time? Knutsford service station?
Let's see what Hazard does when the rumoured bid from Madrid comes in
I’m with True. If he’s an idiot about it all and Man City don’t meet our valuation, reserves football it is.
Our owners are also that stubborn.
Would our owners hold out? Drinkwater forced his move to Chelsea over the line.
It's just a shame, if he does go, that we won't have time to address his absence during the window. I'm less bothered about him going now (that's inevitable at some point - either now or in the summer), but it would be good to know we've got a decent pot to try and find a replacement/s and time to use it.
To be fair to Mahrez, he's wanted to leave since winning the PL.
They have let the other key figures bar Vardy go (because Vardy turned Arsenal down) so he deserves the same respect.
I'd be annoyed if I was told i could go to Roma for around 40m in the summer past.
City come in well over that and it a no, i'd down tools as well and he has every right to.
