Nobody here getting excited for Joyce Parker tonight ? Think we're in for a great fight.

I'm ambivalent. Whilst on paper it promises action, I think we could get a fight where Joyce uses his jab to jeep at range and Parker is content with that until the 1pth round and suddenly decides he wants to win the fight.

Canelo showed some chinks in his armour and I wonder if his high level of fight activity is catching up to him. I don't see the Bivol rematch going any other way and instead, I would prefer to see Canelo vs Benavidez.

Boxing fans want to see the Benavídez fight so hopefully that happens next, could be be a big Mayo de Cinco event next year I assume. Forget the Bivol rematch I'm not interested in seeing that again. We have weight classes for a reason even if Canelo did well against Kova at light heavy.

I agree.

I'd like to see Canelo vs Charlo/Benavidez.

I get Canelo wants to chase greatness but Bivol is equally as skilled as him and bigger, which makes his chances of winning, slim.

Yeah I hope Canelo doesn't let ego get in the way. He lost to a bigger guy in a higher weight class. Just draw a line under it and move on. Give us the great fights we want to see at super middle.

Yeah I agree that Parker will need to show more killer instinct than he usually does in fights, guy already has the skillset so he needs to be able to combine both in these big fights. Andy Lee in his corner as well so let's see if we get any further improvement.

I fancy Joyce to win though and I hope he does because I want to see him have a crack at the AJ's and Fury's of the world. Guy's an absolute beast. Think he belongs up there if he can get past Parker.

Honestly if the fight was happening in my backgarden I wouldn't even look through the blinds.

Maybe it's because it's on during international weekend and as a Chelsea fan I've been starved of football this month but I'm looking forward to it.

Will be a good domestic dust up I think. Morecambe Joe is basically English now so I'm calling it a domestic .

If it's a shet fight I'll happily take any criticism on here for recommending it

I'm less optimistic about Joyce at the elite level. I think he's too slow and robotic and guys like Fury,Wilder and AJ would stop him, although his chin will keep him in fights longer than expected.
