Issuing weight by a couple of pound is not a mistake for me, it’s a thought out game plan.

Being heavier and not having drained his body as much as the other fighter.

Particularly in Quiggs case as he’s apparently a meticulous trainer who’s never out the gym. It’s not a few ounces it’s nearly 3lb ffs.

It makes perfect sense because he’ll have an advantage over his opponent. If he wins there’ll be other title shots done the line and bigger money fights to.

If he loses then it’s not looking good at all.

He’s not missed the weight after trying to get there all week, he’s just not tried to make it.

Makes zero sense in this scenario, He's not missed it on purpose, he's fked up and it's now cost him a potential world title plus some of his purse.
