Mayweather always got special treatment whenever he was smothered or in trouble, was also allowed to clinch a lot and hold when in trouble.
----------
had a lot of leeway against hatton, cant remember many more, could be wrong though

Whenever I saw him towards the end of his career whenever he was in trouble the ref would try slow it down, let floyd clinch for way too long etc.
What are your views on his ko of ortiz kaz?

How would he get away with that? I know he use to bodybuild a bit but surely with testing he would not get away with it now.

conflicted on that one, on one end wtf was Ortiz doing, blatantly head butting someone then trying to hug them literally a second later, then Floyd extending his arms and punching him was a cr&ppy thing to do, arguments can be made from both sides but I tend to side with Floyd on that just because of the blatant head butt before
also its amazing how many times fighters(cough the dirrell brothers) go down and stay down when they think by doing that will win them the fight by dq, punches that normally in the 12rounds they would just shake off

That is a controversial one but I think Floyd was out of order. Yes the fighters are meant to protective themselves at all times but I think he went too far.
UKAD are testing all year round, Joshua is probably one of the most tested boxers about

Fury has unbelievable footwork too for a big man it's pretty incredible, as opposed to if you compare AJ's footwork to his it's not even in the same league. However AJ has much more power
Yep. AJ is more robotic in his movement. Comes at you in straight lines and will look to set up the combination with a jab. He is lethal with his power though.

I didn't like what he did at all but after you get blatantly head butted you tend to lose sympathy for the other guy
Joe Joyce and Daniel Dubois - who’s the bigger prospect?
I’ve not seen either of them fight (only YouTube highlights of Dubois) but I’ve heard Dubois looks to be the real deal.
Dubois has a lot to learn. If they fought today Joyce would beat him no doubt in my mind. Dubois is only 20 though so no real rush.
Ok. That just made me look up Joyce, didn’t realise he was that old! Seeing him on mute with Haye the other day gave me the impression he was also in his early-20’s.
