Shes asking what your doing.... not asking you to plunge her clunge... i expect to see an article about your impending arrest for sexual assault within 12 months
The usual response would be to tell her what you and your wife are doing
Sounds like she's just being polite.
Just tell her Europa league is on Thursdays
I get this feeling she wants me to ask her out.

And? You are married so it doesn't matter what she wants.
she asked what i was doing for valentines officer, she wanted it
Imagine the awkwardness at a family get together after Oxtail's mum asks him what he is doing for Valentines Day
Pump her bum in the toilets then go home to the wife and tell her you have some 'special' chocolate for her
So am I on the right path by making myself available?

Why's it a dilemma?
You either don't mind cheating on your missus, or you do, only you can say.
If you don't mind, make a grab for her chebs the next time she's at the coffee machine. She asked you what you were doing for Valentine's Day....gagging for it (officer).
How would you respond to any of your other imaginary friends?

I assume that she isn't still waiting next to you whilst you have written this article waiting for advice, so what exactly did you say at the time?

She may be wanting a thrėėsome with you and your wife.

I don't think anyone gave you that advice
Plot twist. The gorgeous lady is his wife?!
Ok! So this gorgeous lady at works asks what my plans are for Valentine’s Day and I’m married.
What should I say in response?

You should ring your husband and ask if he's ok with you experimenting.

Advice please

Tell her you're a mumbling, stuttering idiot who will have to consult ja606 first
Ok, so I told my wife, and she quietly walked into the bedroom. Should I be worried?
