I’m going to this one and can’t shake off the feeling that this could shape the rest of the season. I know a draw wouldn’t be the end of the world but I think a win would give us such a boost as well as another step towards safety.

Like everyone else on here I don’t like Pardew. There’s something smarmy and sleazy about him. Also what’s this rubbish about taking the captaincy off Evans then giving it back a couple of days later? Some punishment that is. Makes you wonder who is in charge, is it Pardew or is it the players? My guess is the players and he daren’t upset them.

My prediction 2-1 to us because that’s what i’ve said all season but a part of me thinks it will actually be 3-1 to us. Fingers crossed.
