The point about Bale at Spurs is that it's a classic example of judging a player too early.

Granted, age played a part.

But it still works as an example that to judge Pogba now is foolish.

Am I happy with his performances?

No.

But he's not been terrible - he just hasn't be £90 million worth of player. And I hold Mourinho responsible for that as much as I do Pogba.

So you could pretty much take every player off the OP's original list then, as not many of them stayed at those clubs beyond 12-18 months.
There are no flops, just players who were not given enough time.
