In the reverse fixture the starting line-up included Miranda instead of Bennett and Enobakhare instead of Costa. The matchday squad also included Price, Dicko and Ronan, none of whom will be in evidence on Friday.
Thanks Adders and there was me thinking you had fallen out with me
Last time round was also a fiery, aggressive affair with 7 yellow cards handed out.
Wouldn't it be great if Colin were to send his players out to try to out play us instead of employing his box of dirty tricks.
Not gonna happen though is it?
Going to state the obvious and say a point will be fine as that will keep things as they are. Wouldn't say no to all 3 points though :D
I don't think I can watch on Friday, last week was too much for my nerves.
It will certainly be a lively affair and will be played in front of Cardiff's biggest attendance of the season for a league game. Although maybe not quite as big as for their FA Cup game against Man City. Their stadium is too big for them and they rarely open the upper tier of one stand, but they will be doing so for this game.
I feel quite confident about this one, knowing we will have a full strength team. Apart from the return of Doherty and Neves don't see the need for other changes. The front three of Costa, Jota and Cavaleiro are much better suited to away games where we rely more on breakaways, than in home games where teams sit deep and force them to play back to goal, which doesn't suit any of them. And Gibbs White is showing he can influence games when coming on for the latter stages.
If Colin W would guarantee that all Wolves players leave the field of play without injury I would take the draw right now.
Lot of biased nonsense from wolves fans about Cardiff. Fact is we are on equal points in the Fair play league.. We rightly praise ourselves, if they win their game in hand they are just three points behind us. We'd do well to recognise they are a bloody good team not just thugs
Just seen Ray Wilkins has passed away.
Just seen that Ray Wilkins has passed away R.I.P.
Beat me by seconds there Ohso, I must try to keep up
beat me by seconds there at my retort.
Did Cardiff not do a thug job on us at home ?
Keep it cool and we'll be ok.
Must NOT LOSE OUR HEADS when they start kicking the fook out of us.
The most important thing for Nuno to remember is that no team in the championship scores more late goals than Cardiff. He has got to get the boys to give maximum effort until the final whistle. Relax at 85 minutes and they will punish you.

Cardiff only scored after Stearman had to go off injured. I do believe that Sheffield United were on the way to a victory had that not happened.
Ray Wilkins is one of very few opposing players who I have seen given a standing ovation by Wolves fans at Molineux. When player/manager of QPR he pretty much ran the game without leaving the centre circle. It was a joy to watch. His vision and passing was incredible that day
Neves has been shortlisted for EFL player of the season award.

That's not the only game this season where they have scored a late winner. They also score often just before half time.
2-1 cardiff
less recovery time from the previous match and cardiff muscle will see us second best.
I just think we are a better team than Cardiff and with a full strength team I don’t see them beating us (there’s confidence for you).

I would agree DJ but then we are a teeny weeny bit biased. Ryan Sessignon has to be in with a shout too.
Neves has also been nominated for the EA Sports Young Player of the Season award as well.
