Tu Meke would appreciate their shiiiiitness.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I have to watch them now.
Why are all the kids such shiiiiit actors
Hmm, can’t tell if you’re watching the films or the TV show.. I’ll guess the TV show. So, Bear in mind, This was very low budget. First season funded by YouTube.
Whatever money they had went to the two main actors. I don’t think they thought it would be a hit.
I think I liked 2-3 episodes of Loki and the rest were disappointing to me. The finale and the show just felt like a set up for phase 4 and I didn't really feel the stakes in the show. My biggest gripe however, is the fact that Loki suddenly became a good guy and was interested in saving the universe. Apparently he will appear in future marvel projects, which leads me to believe he will be heloing the heroes.
Loki destroyed half of NY and killed many people in the eventa before episode 1 and over 3-4 episodes, he has suddenly changed his world view and sadistic tendencies. Now I know he saw his death and future but I feel like Loki would still not be convinced by it. The Loki in Avengers 1 would have thought himself immune to those events and special enough to change his future. Also, seeing the future is very different to living it.
With the events of episode 6, it's fair to say anything can and will happen in phase 4 and the following phases.
I don’t think Loki has suddenly become a good guy. He just didn’t want anything bad to happen to Sylvie. As underwhelming as episode 3 was it was probably the biggest part of his character development as his priorities changed from ruling to the TVA to helping Sylvie take it down.
Loki will always be an anti hero of some sort. Never too good and never too bad as he put it.
Also seeing the infinity stones that he was obsessed with being rendered completely useless and seeing his real life being effectively pointless would even make the biggest narcissist question the path he was taking
Also it only took Frigga dying in the ‘sacred timeline’ for Loki to change his ways

should i expect Hilary Swank in the future then?

Rumours are that's Tori's mum...
Which episode was the filler?
I watched ep 1 to 5 all in one sitting so it’s pretty blurred where each one started/ended.

People say episode 3 was the filler (the train) but I disagree, think it was pretty important character growth, they needed to get phase 1 Loki to a more familiar phase 3 Loki ASAP.

It would, Silver has been building for two seasons, so it would be right for the next season to also lead in to her unveiling.
Obviously you hear a lot from Tori about her sick mum but never see her, open goal plotwise.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Time will tell but I think he's a hero now because he was trying to save Sylvie and Mobius and in the finale, he seemed a lot like he was trying to save the universe.
One aspect of the show that I have loved throughout is the soundtrack.
So who is Kang? And where does he rank in the Bad guy list. Why haven’t we heard of him in films before?
Is he on the level of Galactus?
What does this mean for the universe? What are you expecting from these multiple Kangs? and is his name short for Kangaroo?
Kang is meant to be more dangerous than Thanos.
And I guess he’s already proven to be seeing as he literally controlled time and every action every person has or will ever take
Its a shame that in my head he cant knock the Kang from the Simpsons when i first hear that name
Kodos is one of Kangs variants.
Based on what I've read, Kang is just a very intelligent human that learns how to time travel and thus get access to technology and knowledge from different periods in time.
In terms of his powers:
Kang has no superhuman abilities but is an extraordinary genius, an expert historical scholar, and a master physicist (specializing in time travel), engineer, and technician. He is armed with 40th-century technology, wearing highly advanced battle armor that enhances his strength; is capable of energy, hologram and force-field projection; has a 30-day supply of air and food, and is capable of controlling other forms of technology. Courtesy of his "time-ship", Kang has access to technology from any century, and he once claimed his ship alone could destroy the Moon.[11] He is also far more resistant to radiation than humans from the present.
As per Wiki.
Oh and there are different variants of Kang from different timelines, some more dangerous than others.

Based on what I have read, I believe he poses a bigger risk to the universe and the Avengers than Thanos did, because he can time travel and has technology and knowledge that is far beyond anything we have seen.
I think in terms of an actual one on one fight, Thanos could probably beat him but Kang sounds like he is a bigger threat due to the timeline implications and what he can do to time itself.
Where he ranks overall, I am not sure but I would imagine a cosmic being like Galactus would be stronger.
Ok my spoiler thoughts on episode 6:
Pros:
-The soundtrack for the show has been superb.
-Jonathan Majors was great in this episode. I didn't necessarily feel a threat from him but I don't think this version of Kang was supposed to be.
-The stakes is now sets up for phase 4. The final scene with Loki coming back to a different TVA was my favourite scene in this episode and seeing Kang's statue opens up a vast array of possibilities not just for the multiverse war but for future potential timelines and characters.
Cons:
-The Loki/Sylvie relationship felt flat to me and their kiss didn't carry much weight.
-I didn't like this episode as the finale and it would have been better suited to episode 5.
-Loki is now almost certainly a good guy. He didn't want to kill Kang and his affection for Sylvie confirms his new outlook on life. I can now see him teaming up with the avengers in phase 4 and helping them. As I have said before, to me, this redemptive turn has not been convincing enough.
-I didn't feel like there was stakes in this episode. Now don't get me wrong, this series and episode has huge implications and I think the stakes in future movies and phase 4 will be present but this show just felt like a set up and nothing else.
My question is this, does the events of Loki now open the doors for mutants and the X men to appear in the universe and more importantly, does this allow the MCU to bring back different iterations of former characters, like Cap, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor etc. They could recast Iron Man and have him exist in a new timeline?
The What if series also now makes sense because it will probably showcase the different timelines and realities that Loki has created.
