Just another Avengers movie but this time we have to watch two parts of the same story.

They are releasing Captain Marvel before part 2 of Avengers. Rumour is that the message Nick Fury sent went the Captain Marvel.

I enjoyed the film a lot. There was some really fun character interaction but I thought the most powerful scenes were between Thanos and Gamora / Young Gamora to really understand that he's not just a strong purple alien with an evil plan to conquer the universe.

A lot of people think the movie ruined Avengers 4 by showing Thanos use the time stone to retrieve the mind stone after it was destroyed by Scarlet Witch but I just don't see that happening in the next one. I think it was a clever way to make people assume that's what they'll do.

My main complaints are that we didn't see enough of Cap, Bucky, Black Widow, Black Panther and co from the Black Panther movie. I'm sure if they knew how big Black Panther would be, they'd have featured more. The Black Order were a disappointment with the exception of Ebony Maw so it was a shame he was the first to go.

Hopefully the second film should be less chaotic as it should mainly centre around the original avengers but I think this film did a decent job in juggling so many characters.

Most people knew straight away due to it being her symbol.

I suppose if you aren’t big into this genre then you probably wouldn’t

We have Ant man & captain marvel before the next avengers.

Captain marvel is based from the 90s and ant man is straight after civil war so infinity war won’t effect either.

The only thing that came to my head was Ant Man but not sure how he would have stopped Thanos. He was the only one left. Then my mind wondered to X-men.

Can’t waut for captain marvel tbh. She’s supposed to be the most powerful hero in MCU plus we get a few people back like Fury and Coulson

Npe - not sure character development was all that necessary after many movies that too care of that.

Candlestick - I was glad they avoided going overly black panther in the film.

Captain marvel is going to through up a few talking points.

Ie, she was the first hero to Fury yet he’s never called her for the avengers at all before this.

That's a major plot hole they will have to explain and also how powerful is she because I don't want them to make this political and cast a female lead just so she can show the "men" how it is done.

Isn’t she in the comics anyway the most powerful superhero in marvel?

As for the plot hole apparently it’s because she’s so powerful she’s the last resort
