Because with the click of a finger half the population in the galaxy died hence randomly people went to dust.

No disrespect but it was the storyline of the film and explained all the way through it.

Yeah I agree with that. What I dont understand is that even the reviews fed into the hype but I guess the reviewers were scared of the backlash if they didn't.

Killmonger's lines were 80s action movie cringe-worthy...and the actor's delivery didn't help at all.

Mbaku & Shuri were the highlights for me.
