I reckon blade would only be like a Netflix series if it came back.

Just finished watching Cap 1, only the second time I’ve watched it and I’m much more impressed this time around.

Also seeing Red Skull get sucked up into the universe when holding the tesseract has much more meaning now after Infinity war.

Jake Gyllenhaal in talks to play Mysterio in the Homecoming sequel.

I like him as an actor, interesting to see him in this kind of role

I'd class him more as B list villain but a interesting one nonetheless and one that doesn't necessarily require a large amount of CGI.

Batman is undoubtedly the more attractive role but the DCU have shown their ineptness when it comes to direction and storytelling and Gyllenhaal would run the risk of becoming another Ryan Reynolds/Green Lantern.

I would argue that aside from the miss that is Suicide Squad, DCU have been pretty consistently good ever since that movie.

They get criticised for their misses (Green lantern, SS) much worse than Marvel do for theirs (Iron man 2&3, Avengers 2, Thor 1&2, Cap 1)

Because Marvel's misses are a good as DCs hits.

I didn't think Suicide Squad was poor...or maybe it's just me thinking about Margot Robbie. I think everyone hates it because the producers or whatever hyped up Joker so much and then we ended up with that abomination. Especially after how everyone was praising Jared Leto's acting and then we got 30s of film time from him.

BvS was a flop from the moment the third trailer was released...and yeah there was nothing memorable about Justice League. In fact there's nothing really memorable about any DC movies tbh. Not even a flamboyant Lex Luthor can save them.

Not at all, Justice League, Man of Steel or Wonder Woman is better than any Iron Man.

Then if you are classing Green Lantern in the DCU then you have to include Watchmen which is a good movie
