did anyone watch superman and lois? i really enjoyed it
No but I heard good things
Cena can deliver comedy if the jokes are good (dont @ me rtm you h8er)
the kids could be a little annoying to some but there was brilliant superman moments, the budget was far above that of a cw show
okay skipping this supergirl stuff, it insults me
When they said Superman I was hoping for a big announcement even if they have hired an appalling writer for the new movie.

The supergirl actor is hot and thats about it
LMFAO not seen that before
It's worse CGI than Ecclestone era Doctor Who.
And it came out 12 years later!

Tbf it wasnt fantastic CGI even by the time it got to Matt. I preferred it when they did mostly prosthetic
Yeah, true. Some of its prosthetic work is/was very good.
Doctor Who was made on a shoestring so I can sympathise on the CGI.
It rarely bit off more than it could chew too.
The balance was probably at its best for the season when John Simm was in it
Cause they did mostly physical sets and when they did use CGI it was mostly high quality
Which one - John Simm played a big role in seasons 3, the specials in 2009, and season 10?
When Matt Smith was in they did some very CGI heavy episodes that i didnt rate as much
They toned it down again for Capaldi and used more physical sets
Smith had some of the best episodes ever in the show but also some of the worst, I feel it was probably the most erratic era.

The stretch of episodes where he is revealed to be the master and then starts the shenanigans
Tbf production wise it looks really good now
Ah ok - I think that's the weakest finale in the Davies era tbh but I agree they were smart with the CGI
I didnt think the finale payoff was good but the episode building up to the finale that was set at the end of the universe
Is among my favourite episodes*
Utopia was very good. Less keen on the proceeding double bill.
Then again one of my favourite finales is Hell Bent which everyone hates.
Yeah Derek Jacobi really made that episode with quite a subtle performance
