Thugs broke into Sporting Lisbon's training ground yesterday attacking players and training staff. Players including Rui Patricio, William Carvalho and Bas Dost were targeted by around 50 "supporters" wielding sticks and belts.
Think those three would be much safer in Wolverhampton, we loves our players we does.

As this is a "facts only thread", Wolves are only the 4th side from England to be invited to take part in the Uhrencup. Others were Ipswich who won it in 1963, West Ham and Stoke who won it last year.

Interesting that you get an extra point if you win a game on penalties. That's how Stoke won the competition.

If an article is live it updates automatically so you don't have to keep refreshing the page to see the latest posts. When admin post the live link and you click on it, a box appears at the bottom of the thread with the word float in it. From then all comments appear automatically so you don't have to keep going back to see what comments people are posting.
