Joe Root fails again.

To be honest though, I think you need Joe Root in this England batting line up. It's full of power hitters, not really grafters. Although he failed today, I think this was the perfect game for him to build an innings and let the others hit out around him.

Kuldeep finishes with 6-25 with 38 dot balls bowled - wow. Lets hope the boys can knock these off easily. Our top 7 is as good as any in world cricket atm. Rohit, Dhawan, Rahul, Kohli, Raina, Dhoni and Pandya is a strong batting line up.

Not sure I agree with Kohli dropping to 4 though but then not sure how to go about it any other way. Fair play to him though, taking it for the team to accommodate Rahul who absolutely deserves a place

Kohli should play at 3rd position as he is the best ODI batsman in the world in my humble opinion.

Dhawan looks in the mood - he is slapping England's bowlers around.

Yeah in one days Kohli has to bat at 3. Even if the likes of Rahul does well in that position it will be harsh on Kohli to give up that position where he has scored tons and tons of run and won India many games.

Kuldeep and Chahal destroyed SA in the one days and same is happening here. This will be the team to beat in a WC imo.

India’s only weakness might be batting first as they never know what target to set. Otherwise we seem to have such a big pool of bowlers that we will hardly feel like we are going to miss any one bowler who gets injured.
