F&Cs and mushy peas likewise. Good old tradition from my childhood and never wavered.
No pub though. Full of locals.

I have deviated recently from F&C to half and half chips & chicken tika kebab with lashings of garlic mayo.

Windmill all day long. You don’t want to be alone on a night like tonight. At least at the Windmill you can pretend to have friends.

I actually don't have any friends in Thorne. It's not the sort of place where you make friends unless you have 10 generations in the cemetery.

Or a couple of brain cells. Must be difficult keeping your opinions to yourself down the Windmill.
