Are you seriously asking me to prove that the world heating up also warms up the sea? It's literally in the article/similar article that you copy and pasted from:

You've also outed yourself as a bit of plonker, because I said temperature rises were a result of global warming, but not 'man made' global warming - and you still jumped to contest it! Even though you acknowledged that global warming is happening.

- He's in the tiniest of majorities among climate scientists.

- You haven't actively sought the counter evidence to the claims made by fringe figures like Piers Corbyn.

- You still haven't (won't/can't) give me your reasoning for believing that humans are not causing current rates of global warming (why not?).

and we are supposed to know his finances? A quick google search (your method to find absolute facts) shows he is not a climate change scientist and has zero expertise in the field.

So his opinion has the same weight as yours... Non.
