It’s unacceptable for anybody to drink drive, but why the fack do mega rich people drink drive? They could pay for a cab to facking anywhere without worrying about the cost. Ridiculous.
He should be banned till after xmas

I've never got it. Didn't rooney do it too? Uber or a private cab are cheap as in this country. Why run the risk. So dangerous, makes me fuming.

Maybe he didn’t wanna be seen drunk in public and a taxi driver would expose him or something like that

So so disappointed in him. Up there with the last player among the squad who I would've predicted to have done this.
Lloris should be dropped for the next game.
Thing is Hounslow, he's not a boy. He's captain of his club and country. A husband and father.
I'm interested to know how far over the limit he was.
Two glasses of red and he would look like a thermometer.

As others have said he shouldn’t be putting himself in that position.
It’s 4 nights till you play united, so no problem.
Why not get a taxi or have a mate drive you, facking stupid just like Firmino a few seasons ago!
I particularly like this one from mandy...

If he is doing that then he deserves the book thrown at him. You do know people have been killed, because of people driving whilst using their mobiles.
This is infuriating, as a Spurs fan but also citizen in general. As others have said, just ring your agent and have a private lift home. Bet the agent would even have someone pick up the car in the morning.
However far he was over the limit it’s dangerous behaviour. The captain of Spurs should do better.
Perhaps this is the trigger for Kane to be named captain? Think he’s a better on-the-pitch leader anyway, although Poch and Lloris are very close by all accounts.
I’m gonna go with probably being just over.
Can’t act all high and mighty, the amount of times I’ve driven in the morning after going out on the lash the night before, probably been over the limit multiple times whilst feeling ok
And I won’t be the only one here that’s done that
