CCTV to check whether Matth is at home so that something like this doesn't happen the next time.

The builders did all they could, they checked his YouTube and he'd not uploaded anything for a few hours, and couldn't hear swearing from the next room so had to assume he was out.

To be the builder that fixed CarrickFans manky wall would set their career up for the next decade tbf.

Or Matth saying , please help I’m in bed trying to get to sleep , but can’t cause I can hear someone in my bed breathing Grrrrrrr

When i used to work nights and come back in the morning, there had been times when building work commenced or just the normal daytime noise. It's frustrating but i couldn't really complain as it was normal daytime hours. I just had to try to sleep through it.
