I'm not running off a cliff edge. But I am entitled to say that I don't think we'll win the SPL as long as we keep making the same mistakes time and again.
Not seen anyone claim that the title is over.
One more thing, we don't need to get bihing the players and manager. They need to give us something to support, the relationship between the team and the fans works two ways. If they don't give us the effort, why should make any effort for them?
effort - something that was lacking yesterday
they didnt even look like they cared to be honest, im not a Ki fan, so casual, i dont like that, i like a player to be busy and to chase and cover every blade of grass.
Some over-reaction on the boards today, but that's understandable I suppose. I think NL has done a lot of good in his time in charge, but at times doesn't seem to learn from serious mistakes. Zonal marking is one example--even if you're a believer in this system, the goal that Celtic lost on Thursday should have been enough for you to go man-to-man on Sunday. His decision to still have Looevens at Celtic Park, when the man is a tried and tested second-rater is another baffling decision.
It is time for calm reflection, and I hope that Lennon does this too. If he doesn't learn his lessons quick, the league will be over this season.
effort - something that was lacking yesterday
............
Cannot believe a Lennon team would ever be so lacking in it WTF!!
All over the park, every time we play, we are carrying a few passengers.
hampden,
never hated a celtic player before, but loovens is a player i cannot stand.
hes the worst centre half i have ever seen.
That's the most galling thing for me, players who have clearly shown they don't have what it takes to play for Celtic are resurrected.
Lennon will get it right, I'm sure of that.
Stop feeling sorry for yourselves, your team are rotten, and it is all starting to crumble about you , i hear talk of players coming back from injury etc, etc, well it was not that long ago that you maintained you had two players for every position where has it all gone wrong bhoys ? one word LAWELL
one game and your knickers are soaking colin
Two yanks and we had the nickers off you lot yesterday Keny
How many of you Bhhhhouyz are still Neil Lennon?
you gna be around if celtic win the next one?
It might just take Three yanks for us to win the next oneKenny Ally sure does have Lenny sussed
were all still neil lennon mate thanks for asking
Naw ye're no... there isnae that many yellow teeth in the country!
speak for yourself bhoy67 i for one have never been nor never will Neil Lennon thank Feck!! He was wrong when appointed and has continued to prove that since!!! We will NEVER win the title with Lennon in charge he doesnt have it!!
Ritchie,
You're entitled, and I see what you're saying. My old man has the same opinion.
But I still back him. One defeat at Ibrox. It's not like he's lost every game he's went up against them. Far from it.
No he hasnt tim o tay but what he has done is made the same catastrophic decisions time after time and we have lost almost ALL the vital games under him ie Ross County ,Caley Thistle ,European games and since Rangers have went to 442 against us(after Smith got all his players back last season) we have struggled badly hes not up to the job!!!
Day of Judgement: Decemeber 28th
No excuses. Must win OF game. He has my support until then. We didn't deserve it yesterday but no room for slip up's between now and then.
ritchie - Bang on mate.
Failure after failure with that man in charge.
I agree Ritchie, and have said it before, Lennon needs to learn.
I posted this morning that I feel he is too close personally to a few players and is blinded towards their inability.
Mark Wilson. Mulgrew. Samaras.
These three are MUGS.
They're not the only one's, but why is Wilson first choice? He is Dundee Utd class. Lot's of fans back him, purely because he's a fan too. Same with Mulgrew. Mulgrew was bought, and I thought he'd be competing with Gowser for a place on the bench. Now he's 'growing into the jersey' according to some fans.
Lots of blame to go around mate. Buck stops with Lennon. But I'll back him, because if you sack him now, say bye bye to the title.
Two defeats in seven games, be honest if that was
Rangers record and you had just pasted them 24 hours
ago you would be giving laldy.
There is no doubt potential for both to drop points both
expected and unexpected. But over the last three seasons Rangers have scratched a 1-0 or 2-1 from
numerous poor performances and Celtic have dropped
more points to the other clubs, in your position that
would be a concern. Big T next up followed by the Jambos in Reekie, those four points look formidable.

Lennon has signed some quality players but just doesnt know what to do with them. We always play well and score goals when we have some width (not a midfield of ledley kayal ki brown, all centre mids) and stokes/hoops upfront. Mulgrew looked quite good at centre half, why not give him and wilson a run.
