Like I posted previously, it might not be Everton but it will likely be one of the other irrelevant mid-table clubs who languish somewhere in the middle for the sole purpose of earning the owners EPL Sky money

What a snarky ass dig, Celtic would love to be an irrelevant mid-table club in the prem, rather than top dog in SPL.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Maybe some Celtic fans, not for me though. I’ve been to a few of the half empty EPL stadiums. You could just feel people knew they were playing for nothing.
I get it back in the day, but now? Those top spots are locked in and no new clubs are going to be getting near them for a while
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm not so sure, it wasn't that long ago it was a top 4, now it's a top 6, and you never know, if the rumors about Usmanov pumping money into Everton are true, we may propel up the league table.
That 25m is in Dembele Dollars, I think the exchange rate right now is equivalent to 10m pounds

Dembele knees were built with fine china, had a really flat season with Celtic, but now kicking on with Lyon
3 goals and one assist in 361minutes of football, not too shabby but he is playing with a better caliber of player now like Fekir, Memphis Depay, Rafael, Tralee, Jason Denyaer who also played for Celtic on loan but he was pash at Celtic, awesome now though.

Thankfully the Rangers are back, away for in the league has been awful, Celtic have a had a bad start and Hearts made a amazing start, but Rangers put on a show to blow them away.
Going to be a interesting year in Scottish football, it’s never dull.

What half empty stadiums, Sunderland maybe?
But none of the current clubs struggle according to figures.

What may be seen is a drop in walk up fans as the season starts to run, nothing for 10-15th places clubs to play for. But great ST percentages mean the product and fan passion is as strong as ever.
Just look at attendances for Everton under the last three managers!

Was there not a report this season that outlined that most clubs count tickets sold rather than bums on seats? If so that makes your stats disingenuous.

For a club in the area Everton are, not many would pay £30-40 and not attend. Think it was more of the larger clubs massaging figures and not mid table as mentioned earlier by another poster.

Would love to see Celtic come down to the premier league and see how they get on. Would be like a Huddersfield in first few seasons, until money kicked in. Then after that.....would the fans be happy to see Celtic midtable.
