Recording it it so I can watch it in peace with my Chilean Sauvignon Blanc and £1.50 Tesco pepperoni pizza, when the piranha fish goes to bed!

Agree biggish. The change in formation and dropping of barkley was refreshing. When Emerson and rudiger with Kante come back we will have some team
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Biggish or me?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'll take the credit thanks Brummie.

Yup. Fitting everyone in when they're all fit is going to be quite a challenge. Obviously there'll be a decent amount of rotation happening, especially with all the comps we're in.

Brummie I very much like the idea of switching up formation and style for different opposition and occasions. Being able to play at least two or three different ways can only be a good thing. There's nothing worse that being extremely predictable.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
And it's not like were short of CBs. That can play there, we have Rudiger, AC, Timori, Zouma, James and Dave can play there and even Marc Guehi looks a prospect as well.
And if we play it regularly, I think Lamptey could make a great RWB.
Dave does better in a back 3 also. Not sure why that is but it does seem so for some reason

Probably because he doesn't have to keep up with pacey wingers when he's tucked in and can use his tactical brain and undoubted defensive abilities.
Interesting theory Brum but surely if you're getting roasted for pace on the wings you'll still be getting roasted for pace on the inside, like Cahill did at the end?
If Dave counts as a CB in a back three then we shouldn't be short of options when we do play with a three.
Rudi Christensen Tomori would be my first choice back three though.
Jesus Traiori's upper body
Lovely header Tammy, oosh!
What's the story with Rudiger coming off at hf. He's not broken down has he?

Biggish I'm just happy we've got a striker who can score PL goals. Something we haven't had for two seasons. And if he's half as good as Osborne I'll be delighted

He was good in a three, only when we went back to a two that I thought he started getting caught out.
We have more height in the team with a back 3
