The main issue for Karanka is whether he does again with Robinson at CB with Osborn at LB. I don’t have a problem with that as I would rather have a left footed LB but some are still pushing Janko’s case or even Darikwa for that spot. Never a fan of right footers at LB, usually. Darikwa is having a decent time of it on the right whilst Janko has faded after a bright start at the CG.

Offensively, I would be looking to pepper Carson’s goal on Monday. He let two slip through his hands against Stoke recently. Was a decent keeper in his time but reckon he is good for a gaff or two if the Reds can put the right kind of pressure on.

I would hazard a guess that the game will be won & lost in midfield; so I would start Osborn at left back with an option to push him forward into midfield should the need arise.

Or to put it another way, we might need more energy in attacking midfield positions depending on how Carvalho Cash & Lolley shape up.

Everyone wants left backs. They are as rare as decent goalies. Not many available who are happy to be understudies if you look around the squads. Even harder to sign one in Jan I would guess.

Yes, I would rather see Osborn pushed in there rather than have to hope that Dias can do something from the bench. He has been more and more miss as the season has progressed. Whoever valued him at £17.5m must be joking.

Nice to see Forest have plenty of managers. Karanka is not that bad, surely to need such a lot of assistants.

Unfortunately, and I say this in the nicest possible way, a couple of his marbles have slid out of the box and rolled away..

Quite right Will I did mean Foxy. Must have had too much wine with my lunch.

And your quite right about left backs being hard to find; but didn't Dougie find two a couple of years back - Jokic and Pinillos.

You all remember Danny don't you; he only scored one goal.

He would still be here but for that debilitating knee injury too, I reckon.

If that's you being nice, you must be a nasty piece of work when you are normal. Leave my pal Ramdini alone, he is a decent bloke and a good poster.

Thanks very much VC10. They can't see the wood for the TREES I'm afraid, Not surprising for forest supporters. It's nice to think of all these £33 tickets swelling our coffers. Almost £100k on the night.

Strange thing to be thinking off....

Is that not normal for you at home games?

Hope the cash influx softens the blow when the Reds are triumphant!

Bunk. That is £100k purely from Reds fans. I think we are restricting you to 3000 as a reaction to Forest's restricting Derby numbers - being afraid of the support.

We'll have 32000 at say £25 average spend. £800k. Plus Sky's fee.

As far as Will Scarlet's comment - yes it would be a slight compensation - but do you think rather than hope Dogs will win tonight?

Obviously hope we can win

But you have to respect that Derby are a good team with dangerous players, think we can manage a draw based on previous away performances this year.

I am thinking this could be the first of 4 games between us this year.......

You lot need all the gate receipts possible, after all your academy actually buy's players IN; whereas ours runs at a huge profit.

Just look at our last piece of astute business; Ben Brereton £7M to Blackburn and he hasn't scored yet! against £6M for the Championships leading goal scorer!

Matty Cash ex academy player

Joe Worrall- ditto

Benny Osborn ex academy and just notched up 200 First Team appearances.

In comparison the sheep centre is bereft of cash talent and potential with a clueless owner, who can't stop meddling. Why you lot hate Gary Rowett when Lozenge Head forced him out is beyond me.

And as for the inflatable snakes, just par for the course really where the supporters of a tin pot club are concerned.

I have to admit that Frank is a good manager, but will he outfox Karanka? I suspect not.
