Liverpool are flat out, Spurs have even more to come with our horrendous injury list. Spurs also are competing for four competitions, Liverpool only three, and have been awful away from home in the CL. Other than the Prem, their form in the other competitions has been pretty poor. Spurs have progressed to a Semi-final, and come though a tough CL group in the end, still losing less games than Liverpool in the CL.

Spurs better than Liverpool for me.

Well Roberson is comfortably the best. Taa and rose pretty equal, but I think spurs subs are better than yours..

I'll give you Moreno on the left. Moreno isn't good enough but other than that I think we match them toe to toe and we have Robertson and TAA as the trump cards seeing as Rose is a bit injury prone.

Only Sandy would be stupid enough to have Robertson
at right back.

All Spurs full backs are interchangeable, some even can play CB, so assumed Liverpool`s are as well, it`s the modern way. No way is Robertson better than Rose, so the only way he gets in my combined team is as a right back. Players that can only play a rigid one position only, don`t get in the best time mate.

Not for me mate. Toby and Verts are still better. Just my opinion though. Spurs also have Sanchez and young Foyth, really do have some quality at CB.

VVD went AWOL in all three of Liverpool`s away games in the CL, Napoli, PSG and Red Star. Added to the last two away games of last season against Atletico and Real, and he is part of a Liverpool defence that have conceded plenty in five straight away defeats in the CL.

No good him doing the business against the likes of Cardiff and Huddersfield, if you crumble away from home against any half decent European side.

Spurs have not had a settled defence all season, but they have changed the style slightly to just attacking more and blowing away the opposition up the other end. Not too worried about clean sheets, as long as they are scoring goals and winning.

that not fair, gomez has been brilliant, but spurs have 2 CBs on par with VVD when they're properly fit so deserve 1 of them in the side, other than that hard to argue.
