Poch has turned Tottenham Hotspurs into Hoofenham Cockspurs with that strategy in the 2nd half. He’s just a more positive Mourinho
FreedomFC we actually had 23 shots at home under Mourinho so even Mourinho was more positive vs there 9.

We were carved open time and time again in the second half. On another day we could well have suffered a bad defeat
Genuinely not trying to shiiiit on the win because I’d be more than happy with this kind of win under Jose
All I’m saying is that we didn’t really learn much about Ole today other than he knows how to set up for counter attacking football but wasn’t able to counter Poch’s halftime tactical switch but for our keeper being bang on form
Ole is doing well and hopefully it continues- just saying that there is a lot more to be done before he is given the job permanently
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There were countless games under SAF where we were carved own time after time.
We have had 2 and a half years of desperate football under a permanent cloud of negativity.
Today we played away against a team that, the league would suggest, is better than us and our caretaker manager has tactically out performed our potential new saviour.
Fergie will have approved the result and the way we got the result tonight.
Why can't you???

I do as well, but more to the extent that any result, people see to think is always down to either manager.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah completely. Footballers don’t seem to be seen as quite as important.

It does annoy me when people can’t differentiate between the two. Ultimately, it is down to the players, they win titles and cups. The managers job is to give them the best possible chance to do it.

6 wins one the bounce. First United manager to ever do this yet it isn't enough.

To be completely honest (and I know some people will disagree with this), nine times out of ten, I think you lose that game today, that second half showed how much work there is still to be done.
That’s got to be the question that should be first and foremost in the boards mind come the summer - who do they want to entrust with the rebuild, as there are bits of your team that need a fair amount of change to get back fully to the top.
I agree completely. There’s also the matter of how they want to go about rebuilding it. Do we look for immediate with new signings or look to take a more gradual route with player development.
How could you not with Mike Phelan around???
It’s the tricky thing when you give a caretaker manager this long in the role. If they exceed expectations all the way to the end of the season, it still doesn’t mean they’re necessarily the right person to do that rebuild, but the board would find it very difficult not to give it to them

That’s a very good point, and something I don’t think many have considered. I think a lot of people underestimate how much this squad needs rebuilding to get to the top.
But it hasn’t been because we’ve been short term, it’s because it’s been bad rebuilding. We could take a more gradual process to doing it and still get it wrong.
That’s the worry. Is Ole the new RDM? A guy who did what SAF couldn’t do and beat Peps Barca? Someone who deserved his perm role after a great end to the season. But whose shortcomings were exposed after the honeymoon ended.
No one knows either way. It’s uncharted territory for us right now. It would probably be easier for us if we had identified a new coach a few months ago who couldn’t start until the summer and no matter how we’ll Ole did, this guy would be coming in.
Perhaps the club are just more flexible and fluid and have zero pressure to make any decision before the summer
He didn’t actualy deserve the perm role at Chelsea. Not if you looked at how they were playing. Roman just couldn’t get rid of him after winning the CL. But I get what you are saying.
Is there a bigger baby on this site than Sandy?
This bloke is supposed to be his 60's
Pathetic child, filtering people for giving an honest opinion on the game
What an embarrassment he is
If I was making the decisions, Iwould have paid whatever it took to get the next manager in straight away, they then would have got a free hit until the end of the summer and been able to work with the players day in day out to work out exactly what they wanted to do as soon as the window opened.
