Di Matteo made today's work by the keeper for us look normal at his time at Chelsea for Cech. Now he did park the bus and use insane efficiency to win the CL at both ends but fair play to him. It was like alll the ad luck they had in previous years luck came back all in one campaign. I think Chelsea should have conceded at least 10 more goals than they did on those matches and were extremely clinical as well.
Nothing like Solskjaer who has got us playing like the best team in the PL.
Still not sure on Ole

After reading this and Robb not being able to spot what was done tactically by Ole, it begs the question about what Robb is talking about.
People have already mentioned the front three and how they were set up. This was a change from the previous matches.
He did make some mistakes and we need to up fitness levels, something previous coaches mentioned. I do think the way Jose had set us up will hinder this until its up to par.
We do need to improve our midfield and defence. De Gea, Pogba, Martial and Rashford are the only ones nailed on to start. Lingard is pretty good. Not top top player but is someone you rather have as he helps the others. Herrera is a starter for now. A bit underrated by what he does. Matic is decent but someone need to improve on. The FBs are going to be difficult. Do we keep faith and let the young FBs play and improve or do we get in ready made better players. CBs been covered.
The comparison to RDM needs to be taken into the context in how he did in the league. Chelsea played poorly under him in the league.
He fluked the the CL win. Something that can happen in Cup competitions. Porto were lucky to win it, Greece were lucky when they won the Euros back in 04. England were lucky to get as far as they did in the World Cup last summer with the luck of the draw and who they came up against.
Compare his league form to Ole, and see how they played under him compared to United under Ole and you get a different picture.
The CL gave RDM the job when he didn't deserve it based on league performances. If Ole gets the job, it'll have to be on league performances. Not on cups. LVG lost his job, despite winning the FA Cup. This was due to his failure in the league. That's how Ole's time has to be judged.
Agree with all that China
Robb.
Rashford in PL:
Under OGS:
6 appearances
5 goals
101 minutes per goal
4.8 shots per game
Under Mourinho:
14 appearances
3 goals
283.3 mins per goal
1.9 shots per game
Just shows you Mourinho trying to rely on Lukaku and trolling Rashford all the time and playing him out of position and his negative tactics meant he couldn't have a chance to showcase his talents.
Our performances under Ole are less and less impressive by the game. However, he has won all those games. Who'd have matched that Robb?
